All Delta Marine barge interiors are constructed with great diligence and careful attention to detail. Our cabinetwork, joinery and décor have become famous throughout the industry to say the least. We really would advise you to see some of this beautiful work for yourself. Each boat can be finished in any traditional classic wood finish such as oak or mahogany. Other lighter finishes such as maple have also recently become more fashionable. You will not find MDF anywhere on our boats.

The built in furniture is handcrafted in a variety of wood finishes to the client’s personal taste and discretion. The joinery is finely crafted to explicitly follow the curvature of the interior hull shape with delicate touches of skilled decoration adding those reassuring feelings of class and contentment to the finished product. The fitted furniture and the bulkheads can be finished with solid hardwood rounded corners, the shelving and pelmets finely routered and other patterning and fine detail added to the customer’s satisfaction.

The floor coverings can be laminated or carpeted. The cabin sides and ceilings can be veneered or painted and rag rolled finished. The ceramics, appliances, tiling, soft furnishings and all other aspects of the interior fit out can be to the customer’s personal choice making the build process itself a thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding experience.
